Im a 22 y / o woman and I'm losing my hair?

Im 22, and in the last 5 years, the hair falling out, and the dermatologist says my hair 40% loss. I also said that the bald women … It 'very disturbing to me. Im not pregnant, nor have ever been. Anyone else have this problem? Someone has suggestions for me?
