Weight gain during menopause?
Please help as I am at my wits end, I am 33 and have had surgical menopause a year ago used to be a size 8 to a flat stomach are now almost 14 with a spare tire, but my back is fat, what is the best way to dispose of it? I am not conceited just uncomfortable in my skin, I will not be a bad cos 8 I looked again, 10-12, but it would be nice, even just quit smoking, eat more than usual but not forgotten to say that I am not taking HRT, which is what puts the weight and I can take something to stop it? not sure what is cortisol? I had a hysterectomy due to cancer just a nuisance, but life sucks, except that my life is great.
Yikes. Attempts to cortisol. But ask your doctor. It is recommended to see an endocrinologist and see what your hormones are doing. Hormone B @ stards can be difficult and require little to be seen, especially during menopause. Disgusting. 33? Too young.
