Breast growth. Foods that help?

I'm into my third month on hormones. My skin has changed along with other suttle changes. But is there any certain foods that help in the developement of breast tissue growth.

I am currently taking estrogen, progesterone. Spiro ( blocker), a womens multi vitamin and Saw Palmetto to help with hair loss.

I'd love to hear from others who have helpful tips for my future developments.

And to the religous sector please no harsh words. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
I did confirm with my doc about the Saw Palmetto.
SP helps with keeping the prostate in check. The one side affect is that it helps with hair loss.

Hello! I've been on the mini-pill since having my first child 18 months ago. Since then I have experienced the not so wonderful side effects such as hair loss, oily scalp, acne & a COMPLETE loss of my sex drive.

I'm trying to make the decision whether or not to go off of the pill and resort to the Fertility Awareness Method along with the use of condoms or abstenence during my fertile time. My question: Does the mini-pill alter my natural cycle? meaning when I stop taking it will my current cycle change making it difficult or impossible for me to use this method effectively? I really am not ready for another child right now, however I would like to start trying again about this time next year. Am I taking too much of a risk of getting pregnant if I try this or should I just continue to take the pill and deal with these awful side effects?

Also, I can' be on any form of birth control that contains estrogen, that leaves me with no other option besides Fertility Awareness.

Im 20 and was taking Levora (low estrogen and low progestin) for 6 months – I didnt like the bloating, hair loss, irratablility, increased hunger, etc. So yesterday I started Necon 10/11 and I have slight tenderness and irratiability but other than that I'm fine for now.

My Question: the Necon has twice the amount of progesterone than the Levora but the SAME amount of estrogen. I've been searching the web and journals but cannot find out: What effects does raising progesterone levels have on a female?

Scholarly info only please, thanks!
