OMG! my hair is thinning, and im only 13 years old! im a girl btw. my worst fear is to go bald, like im afraid ill have no eye brows or eye lashes or going bald! my dad is bald, cuz he had hair loss, and my mom hair some hair loss on her crown. But, i heard hair loss starts after menopause. my mom said its just the cycle of my hair, and im stressed out which adds to my hair loss. i read that eating stuff with more zinc prevents hair loss, like meat or seafood. I haven’t had my period for about 2 months, maybe thats a reason? I usually wear my hair down, then after school i put it into a bun. my mom says i brush my hair too hard, so im trying to stop brushing it too hard.
what should i do? im scared.
please help me, im so scared.

My hair has been thinning for the last 5 years. At the time the cause was atrributed to stress. Stress reduction had little effect. Thyroid was tested with normal results. Cycles are now becoming more rapid (22 days) and scantier. I do not know age of menopause in my mother or grandmother due to hysterectomy. I will be 40 soon.

However, my hair loss has become noticeable to others. Hairs break or shed and seems not to grow back very quickly.

Please suggest what I should investigate further.

I have to many symptoms and I am unable to be diagnosed.
Unable to get vision to 20/20,
blurred vising,
heart beat in vision,
Excessive weight gain,
Dramatic weight loss,
Arthritis,
had a Hysterectomy,
muscle and joint weakness,
sourness,
head aches,
constipation,
depression,
no apatite,
insomnia,
dry skin,
dry hair,
loss of hair,
patches of ruff dry skin,
anxiety,
arithmeia,
At this time I have seen every Dr. I can from cardiologist to neurologist and a whole lot more specialists. My PCP has rules out diabetes and thyroid. Dear lord I wish I know what was going on there surgery happy. There removing so many things due to untreatable endo.. as well as trying to treat symptoms and not identifying the cause please and one out there give me some thing to go one and I will discuss it with my Dr. Thank you so much

The list I have provided are a list of a fully menopausal woman at 23 years old I was 22 when they did this. all of toughs sympyoms are based on a lack of esterogin… But are causing complacations.. Please no sill answers I just wanted help identifing what I can do. I am tiered of being sent all over gods grean earth to rule out possibility’s and find what is right for me. In todays medicin one hand does not know what the other is doing. There for I have had to have the same tests maltiple times. Okay so I have a 4 month old son and are breastfeeding, about a month ago intercourse became very painful, not just dry, but it feels very tight inside,so I went to my OBGYN and he prescribed me premarin cream and it worked for about 3 weeks, after that when I used it the last time about 2 weeks ago, I started having very bad cramps, headaches, and I noticed my a little hair loss, which are all common side effects, so I quit using it, its not worth it to have cramps that bad to me. So now intercourse is painful again, Is there any other method that I can use or anything I can do to help this problem? Please any info you can give me will help. Thank you

I am 42 and have had a partial in hysterectomy in 2003. My mother had breast cancer and I won’t take pharmeceutical grade hormones. I am having issues with hot flashes, mood swings, hair loss and and just recently weight gain. I have tried to search the internet with no success. I would appreciate any help that I can get at this point.

im wondering if im menopausal im tired rapid heart beats after drink coffee weight-gain very fast head aches depression confusion with writing i forget the words or driving i don’t see things panic itchy skin hair loss im 48 i still get my monthly but its changing to only 1-2days and about every 5 weeks now im now getting worried can you give advice thanks
with hot flushes after going back to coffee in more then 2 yrs ( one aday ) and the hot feeling stays with me for ages, im gaining weigh fast im tied itchy shin lots of hair lose in the morning i see it fall out at times when i shower its there and through out the day its coming out…confusion, are these symptoms thanks..still have a period but for a day only now thanks

anyone experience hair loss because of this surgery? I heard it can cause you to lose some of you hair? Is this true, it took my hair forever to grow, it’s at a nice healthy long length now, I don’t want to start all over with getting my hair to grow again.
