Hey guys, I have had Crohn's disease for about a year and my hair was slowly thinning. After talking with the doctor has said that the body was ur most likely not be enough nutrients … My question is that taking biotin will help me to get .. hair thicker I just started taking it .. I take a pill with 2500 mcg average multi-vitamin every morning .. 2500 mcg is sufficient, or should I EN 5000 up to display the results .. HELLP or any other advice would be much appreciated! Hair loss due to excessive production of oil in the scalp?

My hair falls easily. I know it's because I have the foreign gene my father for my scalp oil production over that clog pores and perpetuation of hair loss.
