instead of estrogen tablet can I take soya milk?

i am 45 yrs old and having hair loss and skin allergy .Do you think it is due to lack of estrogen level

hi well you need to go to the Dr's as no one can say what is the reason, we can only surmise. you shouldn't really start any hormone suppliments until you have had the ok off the Dr.
