seriously you need to go back to the dr even if it is just a family dr….i don't go to endos only a reg doc……if you really need the meds you will have to go to the dr anyway and by your symtoms it does sound like you are going hypo again…just make sure to get your free t3 and free t4 tested…..also, if you didn't like synthroid maybe you could ask about armour as this has t4 & t3 in it…..and is cheaper than synthroid……

good luck,..,
honey, my dose of the generic synthroid costs $9 a month. That's cheaper than you can get anything holistic. You may not be able to afford an endocrinologist, but see your regular physician. Tell him it's time for your regular blood work. This will save quite a bit of money on doctor fees. He'll write you a script for the synthroid, ask for generic. Can you commit to going 1 time a year for bloodwork? That could seriously help. There are free clinics where they don't charge for that kind of stuff, depending on where you live (that'll help get you there more often). Also, just know that your thyroid affects EVERY part of your body, so not taking your medicine could kill you. Please, please go to a doctor and get a prescription. There are also free prescription plans that give you discounts. Check into that, it could save money on your bloodwork and doc visits.
