A dermatologist will be decent, but apart from the hair transplant, only two drugs clinically tested and FDA approved: Minoxidil (Rogaine and other brands) and Propecia (Proscar, Finasteride, studies, etc.) there are some very interesting drugs, such as dutasteride or Follica but not enough yet.
