Different Ways To Stop Hair Loss
The first method to regrow thinning hair is to massage your scalp. With your fingers, massage all around your scalp. Do this vigorously and in circular movements. Continue for about 5 minutes. You can also use a pronged brush, rub the prongs all about your scalp especially in areas that are balding or thinning. Do this for about ten minutes.
The second way is to stop stress. Excessive stress can be a major contributor to hair loss. For some people, intense stress may trigger a type of hair loss called alopecia areata. In this condition, white blood cells attack the hair follicle which stops hair growth. Within weeks, the affected hair falls out. The hair loss usually starts as a small round patch but may eventually spread to the whole scalp, and sometimes to body hair as well. The hair generally grows back, but the cycle may repeat itself.
The third tactic to stop hair loss is to incorporate Saw Palmetto into your diet. Studies have shown that saw palmetto is an effective anti-androgen. It acts in a similar way that propecia does. Firstly it lowers levels of DHT in the body by Blocking 5 alpha-reductase. Secondly Saw Palmetto block receptor sites on cell membranes required for cells to absorb DHT. Although no studies have been carried out on saw palmetto and its relation to hair growth. Studies have been performed on
the use of Saw palmetto in the treatment of benign prostatic disease which similar to Androgenetic
Alopecia also depends on the production of dihydrotestosterone(DHT). All of the studies that have
been performed to date show that Saw palmetto is an effective anti-androgen and has shown conclusively to be effective in the treatment of benign prostate disease.
The fourth course is to massage Jojoba oil into the balding or thinnig place. Jojoba oil is known to be a scalp cleanser that can help alleviate encrusted buildup (called sebum) on the scalp when applied topically. This sebum may block hair follicles from growing and impede normal hair growth. Its unique anti-oxidant properties may protect the scalp and hair from damage, ultimately, keeping them more healthy.
The fifth method is to incorporate High Vitamin Cod Liver Oil and High Vitamin Butter Oil. Take High Vitamin Cod Liver Oil together with High Vitamin Butter Oil in the morning before breakfast. These to oils work together to nourish your thyroid and endocrine system (balancing your hormones) help bring your body to optimum health.
