solutions for female hair loss?

I am 19 years old, and my hair is thinning so much! it sometimes even looks like there are bald spots! been to 8 doctors, not very helpful, tried using Rogain for women but it gave me headaches. It is making me feel very self conscious! It is difficult for me to wear my hair down. and up! i read that it should be happing to menopausal women whenever i search something, but that is not what it is! i am getting very desperate, and wondering if anyone tried or knows something other than to shave head))) is there anything that is known to work perhaps, or know a solution, or anything!? hehe, another option is a wig i suppose))) but they are expensive…))))) thanks in advance
they did a ton of tests)))))) i had high testosterone, they put me on birth control to level hormone balance. i also have thyroid issue, but medicine helps with that too. i just want to get it back((((
hehe nope, not a vegetarian, but it is good that i am having different ideas and suggestions thrown at me when no one else i’ve seen can help)) keep it coming please!=D

Hair thinning at 13 years old?

OMG! my hair is thinning, and im only 13 years old! im a girl btw. my worst fear is to go bald, like im afraid ill have no eye brows or eye lashes or going bald! my dad is bald, cuz he had hair loss, and my mom hair some hair loss on her crown. But, i heard hair loss starts after menopause. my mom said its just the cycle of my hair, and im stressed out which adds to my hair loss. i read that eating stuff with more zinc prevents hair loss, like meat or seafood. I haven’t had my period for about 2 months, maybe thats a reason? I usually wear my hair down, then after school i put it into a bun. my mom says i brush my hair too hard, so im trying to stop brushing it too hard.
what should i do? im scared.
please help me, im so scared.

Okay so I have a 4 month old son and are breastfeeding, about a month ago intercourse became very painful, not just dry, but it feels very tight inside,so I went to my OBGYN and he prescribed me premarin cream and it worked for about 3 weeks, after that when I used it the last time about 2 weeks ago, I started having very bad cramps, headaches, and I noticed my a little hair loss, which are all common side effects, so I quit using it, its not worth it to have cramps that bad to me. So now intercourse is painful again, Is there any other method that I can use or anything I can do to help this problem? Please any info you can give me will help. Thank you

Menopause has been called the change for decades, women don’t discuss it & so when IT happens it’s crippling, to say the least!

My mother SUFFERED from it tremendously & always stated: "It’s just a CHANGE all women must go through!"

Change is an understatement. From what I’ve read & seen first hand, below are SOME of the menopausal symptoms:

PMS, stress, depression/anxiety, panic attacks, extremely moody, rage, body odor, negative thoughts, irrational thoughts, suicidal thoughts, lack of sexual desire, vaginal dryness, itching, hair loss/balding, halitosis, isolation, fear… etc are SOME of the DEVASTATING symptoms of menopause, why must women experience these relentless symptoms?
