Can I take Premarin and natural remedies for menopause?

I would say absolutely yes to natural rememdies!!! There is a great book "What your doctor may not tell you about menopause" by John R. Lee. He talks a lot about progesterone cream and other natural rememdies. I would not recommend Premarin for several reasons, the most important that it is Pregnant Mare Urine (Pre-Mar-In), that in itself just doesn't sound right and the way that they harvest the Urine is not humane.
